Katniss Fire Chase 1st Person

Katniss is really tired; "I should just lay my head on this rock for a couple seconds" she said. As Katniss lay her head she hears whole lot of rumbling and thumbing on the ground. She looked up and she see a fireball coming towards her. Katniss then rolls over and begin to run. The fire ball barley hit her. Then another came from in front of Katniss. It hit her arm hard. She let out a tear. She kept runnung. Wasen't nothing stopping Katniss in this matter. Her life was in danger, and her arm is burned. The worst pain ever experienced. "I bet the Carrers are doing this to me." she said " I knew I would be their first target, I knew because of my score i got from the judges. They are trying to get me out of the way so it can be a easy win, and Peeta is helping them." Katniss is fierce now. She cant breath. Her throat is full of smoke from the burning forest. Her heart is pumping really fast. She is very tired. She can't go no longer. So she slows down. The fire balls stop coming. She stops, and truns around to see if it was the Carrers. But, no one was behind her. She then thinks that the Gamemakers did this. They just want to make the game interesting. So Katniss climb up in a tree and falls to sleep.

Katniss Reaping

As I heard Prim name I almost collapse I thought I was dreaming. So then I ran to Prim and grabbed her. The Peacekeepers tried to get me off of Prim, but I wouldn't let go. Then, I said "I'll volunteer as tribute ." Everybody looked at me as if i was crazy. I just didn't want my little sister to be in the Hunger Games. She is to young to die and she have no experience of killing anything. I'm good with a bow and arrow and I'm fast on my feet. The peacekeepers let me go. I was directed to the stage where the announcers were. Effie Trinket, the lady who announces the names ask me whats my name. I told her . She inferred we were sisters which we were. She then ask me to sit in the seat behind us. I sat next to the Mayor and his daughter. Then she said the boy's name. Peeta Mellark . I thought to myself i know that name. In then when the Peacekeepers grabbed him from out of the crowd I remembered who he was. I remembered that he gave me a piece of burned bread on a cold rainy day.  As he walked on the stage he looked at me as if he remembers me. And i know he does. She ask him questions and then told him to sit down in one of the chair. He went to go sit next to the Mayor Daughter. Effie Trinket the says "May The Hunger Games be forever in your favor!." and walks off stage. Then she tells us to follow her off stage and we did.

Katniss- The Judging

Katniss walked into the training center. She was very nervous of what the judges might think of her. She walked slowly to the the rack where the bow and arrow was. She picked it up and went to her spot inn front of the dummy. Without thinking, with out concentrating she pulled the arrow back and released it. It was nowhere near the dummy. The judges laugh at her nonstop. Then their food came out. They were now feasting. Not paying attension to Katniss. Katniss took another bow. She struck the dummy in the heart this time. But no judges was paying her any attension. She began to walk out, but at that she see a pib have been brought out. She notice an apple in the pig's mouth. She runs back to the bow and arrow. She shoots it through the apple in the pig's mouth. The judges was lookin at her like she was crazy. She just walked out the training center without saying a word. The judges didn't know what to do. They were shoked at her actions. Never would of thought someone was so brave, and Katniss was from District 12.
